Items shall not be delivered until the full payment of the purchase price has been received.

No refunds will be accepted for bicycles; only parts and accessories.

Delivery is via Fastway Couriers NZ for accessories and bicycles.

Refund Policy

Original invoice and / or online order id number is required.

Items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a total refund or exchange.

Freight costs incurred for refunds will be borne by the customer.

Items incorrectly ordered (e.g. wrong colour specified) will be accepted for exchange only. A 10% handling fee on the total order price will apply.

Damaged Goods

It is the customers’ responsibility to check the packaging when items are delivered and not ‘sign off’ if packaging is damaged. NOTE: Acceptance of delivery voids any liability to freight company.

All products are subject to availability. All prices appearing in our newsletters or Web site are subject to change without notice. Beachbikes.co.nz is not responsible for printing errors or other errors appearing in our newsletters or website. All orders are subject to acceptance by beachbikes.co.nz

Prices on our website are in effect until they are removed from the page unless otherwise noted. Clearance items have limited quantities, some sizes/colors may no longer be available.

Every effort is made to ensure all items advertised for sale are in stock for immediate delivery. Where items are not yet in stock beachbikes.co.nz will do all we can to make this known prior to you placing an order.

Beachbikes.co.nz accepts no responsibility for items that cannot be delivered for any reason.

BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS

For those not comfortable using their credit card over the internet, consider using the Direct Deposit option. Simply select the 'Direct Deposit' option when selecting a payment method for your shopping cart items.

An "order id" number is automatically generated with every purchase made online. When making the direct deposit into our bank account, please ensure to use this order id number as the description of payment. e.g. "Order id: 1234". This allows us to match payments received to individual orders.
