Delivery
Delivery is free within New Zealand on orders over $50.00 Please specify a cell phone number when placing your order if you wish to be contacted prior to the delivery being made. All deliveries are done by Fastways Couriers and are usually made the day following, however there can be delays from time to time. Beach Bikes accepts no liability for delays in the courier service.
Refund Policy
Original invoice and / or online order id number is required.
No refunds will be accepted for bicycles; only parts and accessories
Items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a total refund or exchange.
Freight costs incurred for refunds will be borne by the customer.
Items incorrectly ordered (e.g. wrong colour specified) will be accepted for exchange only. A 10% handling fee on the total order price will apply.
Damaged Goods
It is the customers’ responsibility to check the packaging when items are delivered and not ‘sign off’ if packaging is damaged.
NOTE: Acceptance of delivery voids any liability to freight company.
