I just wanted to drop you a quick note - I bought an Electra Townie from you in March 2010, and coming up to a year from purchase I wanted to let you know how happy I am with it.

I have used the bike every day, rain or shine, for commuting to work, and sometimes for longer rides. It is a supremely comfortable and relaxing ride. Apart from a couple of punctures the bike has performed faultlessly.

I would not be exaggerating in saying I have had at least a dozen people come up to me, while riding, and ask where I got the bike from.
