Q: Do you deliver overseas?
A: Beach bikes does not deliver overseas at this point in time.

Q: How much is freight within NZ?
A: Beach bikes pays the freight anywhere in NZ for orders over $50

Q: Are the bikes assembled?
A: The bikes are approx 90% assembled as they arrive in the box. The work required to put them together is relatively basic, however we recommend taking your bike to a reputable bike shop for professional assembly and maintenance.

Q: What if I put the bike together and decide I don’t like the colour or style?
A: Unfortunately due to the nature of the product we cannot take back bikes that have been removed from their boxes and/or assembled. Please contact us if you have any doubts about the bike you are looking at and we can recommend based on your needs.

Q: How much do the bikes weigh?
A: Anywhere from 15kg to 21kg depending on style, if this is an important factor for you please ask and we can supply specific weights for the bike you are looking at.

Q: Do you carry stock of the items on the site?
A: Yes we carry stock of the various items, when we don’t have stock of a particular item we will do our best to inform you of this. We cannot be held liable for problems relating to stock outs, we will always do our best to keep you informed.

Q: Can I see the bikes before I buy?
A: Yes there are showrooms in Auckland, Hamilton, Mt Maunganui and Whangamata, please ask for details of these if required.
